2Is it suitable for Samsung A53 phone?

No, considering that this model of Samsung phone requires 25 watts for charging, therefore, considering the output of 20 watts, this charger model is not suitable for the A53 phone, and it is better to use a charger with a higher watt output.

1Does it have the ability to charge the smart watch?
  • No , There are a few reasons why wireless power banks generally don’t have the capability to charge smartwatches
  • Output power: Wireless power banks are typically designed to charge smartphones, which require a higher output power (around 10 to 15 watts). 5Do I have to unplug the receiver and turn off the device when I’m not using it?

Hatron products have a power-saving function to maximize battery life. You do not have to turn the mouse/ keyboard off every time you stop using it. When the product is not moving or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will automatically turn sleep-mode on to save battery power. When you complete work with the product for the day, we do recommend to use the On/Off power button to optimize the battery life.

6How to repair the 2.4 GHz wireless connection?

After you unplug and replug the USB receiver, within 30 seconds, turn off the mouse and then turn it on with the left key pressed.
